Your reservation is 100% refundable if canceled 7 days or more out from your start date. We do not provide refunds for any reservations that are canceled within 7 days of your start date.

We do not require you to sign a formal Rental Agreement for the equipment rentals, but do require you to agree to the terms and conditions, indemnification and liability waiver. Please see our Policies Page (click here) to review.

Yes. Every reservation will have a $100.00 refundable Security Deposit. This Deposit is used to secure the rental reservation and is held through the rental.

This is a fully refundable Deposit in event of a cancelation, or within 7 days following the last day of your reservation.

This Deposit will only be withheld if there items are missing or damaged following your rental. If replacement costs are required in addition to the Security Deposit, the credit card on file will be charged.

We require the $100.00 refundable Security Deposit to be paid at time of booking. This is a completely refundable deposit, assuming the rental equipment is returned in acceptable condition.

The Rental Due amount will be charged 7 days prior to the start of the reservation.

We recommend ordering as soon as you know your rental dates! All rentals are subject to availability and we typically can not process orders with less than 48 hours notice. Popular peak Summer dates and holidays book up quickly.

Because 2024 is the first year renting equipment through Boardwalk, all our equipment is brand new as of Spring 2024. All our items should be considered in new or like-new condition.

Everything posted on our website is available in our inventory, but if you need something specific please reach out to us directly and we'll be happy to try and get it available for your time in our area.

Yes, prior to each new rental, all equipment is cleaned and sanitized. The equipment is also inspected for safety before each rental. We treat the equipment as if our own children were using it.

Yes. For deliveries made to locations not managed by Boardwalk Vacation Rentals, a small $15 delivery fee will be added to the reservation. This fee includes delivery and pickup of your items. 

We are currently operating only in and around Manistee County. This includes Bear Lake, Arcadia and Onekama.
